Document signing
Sign documents with electronic signatures from Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Mongolia, an A3 certification authority certificate or biometrics. Each party chooses its own method.
Included in all plans. A certificate-based signature uses one signing, a biometric one uses three.
Approval routes
The document goes to the right people on its own. The route is chosen by document type, counterparty and direction, and steps run in order with deadlines and reminders.
Paid add-on for organizations: $100 per year per company.
Counterparties and roaming
Find a counterparty by BIN, IIN or INN and invite it to A3.EDM. If it works with another EDM operator, documents reach it through roaming.
The counterparty directory and invitations are included in all plans.
Templates, signing links and mailings
Build a template with fields once. After that, the document fills in with the parties’ details automatically, and a client without an account signs it by link.

Verification and print forms
A signed document can be verified without access to the system. The QR code on the print form opens a public page with the signatures and the file hash.

AI contract review
AI finds legal risks and contradictions in a contract before signing, answers questions about the text and prepares a draft from a description.

HR documents and acknowledgement
Send an order or policy to a department and see who has read it. Employees confirm acknowledgement without an electronic signature, and overdue ones are visible right away.

Powers of attorney and authority
An employee signs on behalf of the company under a power of attorney, and the signature shows on what basis they acted.

Permissions and action log
Each employee sees and does exactly what they are allowed to, and the log records who worked with documents, when and from where.
