Payment questions
What counts as a signing?
One signature on a document by your party. A signature with an electronic signature certificate uses one signing, a biometric signature uses three. Receiving and viewing incoming documents is not charged.
What happens to unused signings?
A subscription lasts one year. Signings not used within this term are reset. The counter is shared across all companies in your account.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. After registration you get 10 signings to try the service on real documents with counterparties.
How is the legal validity of a signature ensured?
At signing, the system checks certificate revocation, the certificate owner and the certification authority chain, and adds a timestamp to the signature. The verification result is stored with the document.
Which payment methods are available?
Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, American Express and Mir bank cards. To pay by bank transfer to a company account, write to the team.
Are signatures from other countries accepted?
Yes. Besides Kazakhstan NCA signatures, we accept signatures from certification authorities of Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Mongolia, and A3 CA certificates.
How long are documents stored?
For the entire license term and five more years after it ends. Documents with signature files can be exported at any time.
