A3.EDM helps companies, sole proprietors and individuals sign and store documents without paper, including with counterparties from other countries.
Why we build A3.EDM
A paper document is costly not because of printing but because of time: couriers, scans, searching for the signed copy and finding out who held it up. When counterparties are in different countries, different electronic signatures and different rules come on top of that.
A3.EDM connects these worlds. Signatures from five countries, biometrics and A3 certification authority certificates work in one system, and a single EDM regulation establishes that the parties recognize such documents.
The service is part of the A3.Solutions ecosystem. One A3.ID account gives access to all products, and files, document viewing and contract work connect without integrations.
Product principles
Provability
Each signature keeps a timestamp, the certificate check result and an action log. Anyone who has a copy can verify it by QR code.
Signing on the counterparty’s terms
A counterparty does not need to change its electronic signature or system: its own signature, its operator through roaming or a link without an account will do.
Languages of the region
The interface, print forms and verification page are available in Russian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Mongolian and English.
Clear pricing
Only outgoing signings are paid. Receiving documents is free, so counterparties do not have to pay to work with you.
