Templates, signing links and mailings
Build a template with fields once. After that, the document fills in with the parties’ details automatically, and a client without an account signs it by link.
Templates and signing links are included in all plans. Mailings are available to organizations. What’s inside
- System and custom templates, filtered by country and language
- Template fields: free-form or taken from party details, such as name, BIN or INN, address, director’s full name, number and date
- Up to 10 signing parties in one template
- Signing link: one-time or reusable, with an expiration date
- Through the link, the client fills in the template, creates an A3.ID account, passes identity verification and signs
- Usage history for each link and its cancellation
- Mailing a template to a counterparty group with subgroups: each recipient gets their own draft
- Mailing history with the result for each recipient
Terms and limitations
For a link signature to be legally valid, the client creates an A3.ID account and passes identity verification with an ID document and biometrics.
Questions and answers
Can a client sign a contract if they do not use A3.EDM?
Yes. Send them a signing link. They open it, fill in their details in the template, create an A3.ID account, pass identity verification and sign the document.
How is a link different from a mailing?
Anyone you give the link to can open it and fill in their details themselves. A mailing sends the template to counterparties in a group, and each one immediately gets a draft with their details.
Can I limit how long a link is valid?
Yes. A link can be one-time or reusable, it has an expiration date, and you can cancel it at any time.
