Counterparties and roaming

Find a counterparty by BIN, IIN or INN and invite it to A3.EDM. If it works with another EDM operator, documents reach it through roaming.

The counterparty directory and invitations are included in all plans.

What’s inside

  • Search by country and identification number or by name
  • Invitations one by one or as a list, incoming and outgoing, with reply and cancellation
  • Counterparty groups as a tree, for example by region or business line
  • Separate block lists for organizations and individuals
  • Incoming document policy: from everyone except blocked senders, or only from counterparties on your list
  • Notes about a counterparty are visible only to your company
  • Roaming: exchange with counterparties of other EDM operators, delivery status and resending in the document card
  • Separate contact persons for customers and for suppliers

Terms and limitations

Inter-operator roaming is connected as agreements with operators are signed. Before you start, check with the team whether your counterparty’s operator is among them.

Questions and answers

What if a counterparty uses another EDM system?

If its operator is connected to A3 roaming, documents are sent to it as usual and the delivery status is visible in the document card. If not, invite the counterparty to A3.EDM: receiving documents is free for it.

Can I block incoming documents from unknown companies?

Yes. In the settings you choose who can send you documents: everyone except blocked senders, or only counterparties on your list.

Does a counterparty have to pay to receive a document?

No. Receiving and viewing incoming documents is free. Signing uses signings from the plan of whoever signs.
