Supplier in another EDM system
Documents go to a counterparty that works with another operator, without changing its system.
Situation
A key supplier already works in another EDM system and is not ready to switch. Documents with it still go on paper.
How it works
- 01The supplier is found by BIN, IIN or INN and receives an invitation to exchange
- 02If its operator is connected to roaming, the document is sent as usual
- 03The document card shows the delivery status, and resending is available if delivery fails
- 04Incoming documents from the supplier automatically follow an approval route
Result
Exchange with the supplier goes electronic, and neither side has to change its system.
