Client contract by link
A client without an account opens a link, fills in their details and signs the contract.
Situation
Managers send clients the contract as a file, and the client prints, signs, scans and sends it back. Some clients drop off at this step.
How it works
- 01A lawyer builds the contract template once, with fields for client details
- 02A manager creates a reusable signing link with an expiration date
- 03The client opens the link, fills in their details, creates an A3.ID account and passes identity verification
- 04The client signs the contract, the company signs on its side, and both get a copy with a QR code
Result
A contract can be signed on the day of the request, without visits or scans, and every signature has a verifiable proof of identity.
